At MonkeyTees, we believe that every stitch counts and every design should stay put, just like the smile on your face. 😄 But hey, sometimes life throws a curveball (or a wonky stitch). So here’s the deal:

We Welcome Returns If:

• Your tee’s bling is flinging. Decorative elements should stay on your shirt, not follow you around like a lost puppy.
• You’re playing a game of ‘Spot the Missing Design’. If there’s missing lettering or a key design element has gone AWOL in the print or embroidery, we’re on it!

But Let’s Be Real:

• If the shirt fits, you must commit. Returns for items not fitting as expected are a no-go. Remember, ‘one size fits all’ is a myth, like unicorns or calorie-free pizza.
• Faded like a 90’s jeans? No backsies on color fading after you’ve rocked your tee 100 times and turned it into your go-to pajama.
• Buyer’s remorse? We can’t take back tees just because you’ve had a change of heart (or fashion sense).

Got a Legit Return? Here’s What We Do:

• Refund Fiesta: Get your money back for all returned items, because we’re cool like that.
• Redo Rendezvous: We’ll redo your order faster than you can say ‘MonkeyTees rocks!’ at no extra charge. Just holler at us within 5 business days to report any monkey business with your items.
